Cinderella Family Therapy Essay Cinderellaââ¬â¢s case conceptualized utilizing a Bowenian transgenerational model According to Bowen, one of the pioneers of family treatment, family can be comprehended as a passionate unit, which can be best broke down through a multigenerational system. Cinderellaââ¬â¢s story, which was told by numerous expert narrators, including siblings Grimm (19 century) and Charles Perrault (17 century), the same number of different popular fantasies needs numerous significant subtleties and charactersââ¬â¢ depictions that a specialist would requirement for controlling family treatment including transgenerational model. On the off chance that we would estimate knowing some data about Cinderellaââ¬â¢s relatives, the transgenerational model would work delightfully. An incessant tension of Cinderella, her temperamental, accommodating conduct, could be clarified by nervousness transmitted more than a few ages. Goldenbergs carry our consideration regarding a couple of significant enthusiastic examples of an individual:â⬠the choice of a mate with comparative separation level and the family projection process that outcomes in lower level of self-differentiationâ⬠(p. 89, 2008). Bowen would even form a forecast for Cinderellaââ¬â¢s youngsters to have a decreased degree of self-separation and being progressively powerless against nervousness (Goldenberg, 2008). Bowen underscored that the multigenerational transmission programs the degrees of self â⬠separation, yet in addition programs familyââ¬â¢s jobs and communications. Cinderellaââ¬â¢s conjugal issues could be seen very well through the viewpoint of her family practices (The Bowen Center, n. d. ). My solitary significant worry about utilization of transgenerational model in Cinderellaââ¬â¢s case would be the early passing of Cinderellaââ¬â¢s guardians ( her genogram is difficult to assemble) and her last existence with the wicket, order stepmother, who obviously affected Cinderellaââ¬â¢s delicate and ambivalent brain structure. Cinderellaââ¬â¢s capacity and powerlessness to fabricate connections to her relatives, which were not all ââ¬Å"angelsâ⬠, ought to be likewise viewed as while giving her a treatment. By and by, her connection to her caring dad, her godfairy, her stepmother and stepsisters, could be effortlessly fused into transgenerational model. Cinderellaââ¬â¢s case conceptualized through Bowenââ¬â¢s ideas of triangulation. As per Goldenberg and Goldenberg (2008), the Bowenââ¬â¢s idea of triangulation would permit seeing better Cinderellaââ¬â¢s conjugal issues. Most likely, a couple of first long periods of Cinderellaââ¬â¢s marriage were glad, since it was a major calm for her to get away from the stepmother mercilessness. In any case, even her first conjugal years could have some underlying issues. For instance, the sovereign, who was raised in a ââ¬Å"normalâ⬠family, couldn't comprehend or couldn't trust Cinderellaââ¬â¢s stories she told about her family. He would grin when she would impart her savage recollections to him. The sovereign doubt and his amusing grin could start some negative sentiments and despondency in Cinderella. For this situation, the stepmotherââ¬â¢s figure would be available in Cinderella-sovereign clash through Cinderellaââ¬â¢s stories. It is especially fascinating that the third individual doesn't require essentially be available to make a contention in triangulation (The Bowen Center, n. d. ). At the point when kids were conceived from an individual (or two people) with low self-separation, numerous different triangles and potential movements and strains could happen. Cinderellaââ¬â¢s case and the item relations model Goldenberg and Goldenberg (2008) give a profound knowledge into Cinderellaââ¬â¢s story dependent on the article connection model, which is associated with the early Freudian idea of mother-youngster bonds. Despite the fact that the Cinderellaââ¬â¢s relationship with her mom was short before her mom past away, it seemed, by all accounts, to be an establishment of numerous Cinderellaââ¬â¢s later issues, for example, her glorification of certain ladies characters (adoptive parent; later, some more established ladies companions), a couple of contentions between her inner self and id, experiencing hardship of early connections, creating frailty and low confidence, and others. Every one of these issues that the item relations model would find, could be anticipated to Cinderellaââ¬â¢s later conjugal issues. An individual who endure an injury of loosing her the two guardians and the difficulty of living with malicious stepmother and stepsisters could have a great deal of grieved musings and encounters that could be anticipated into her relationship with her life partner and kids. I accept that the article relations model (psychodynamic in its center) could furnish the best understanding when managing Cinderellaââ¬â¢s conjugal issues.

Superfluids As we will see, it is for the most part accepted that the marvel of superfluidity is straightforwardly associated with the way that the particles of helium-4 obey Bose insights, and that the lambda-progress is because of the beginning of the impossible to miss wonder called Bose buildup. (Leggett, 1989) BOSE-EINSTEIN Buildup This is the wonder wherein the bosons (a kind of molecule) making up a substance converge into the most minimal vitality level, into a mutual quantum state. All in all, it alludes to the tendancy of bosons to possess a similar state. This state, framed when a gas experiences Bose-Einstein buildup, is known as a Bose-Einstein condensate. The distinctive element of Bose-Einstein condensates is that the numerous parts that make up the arranged framework not just carry on in general, they become entirety. Their characters union or cover in such a way that they lose their singularity completely. A decent relationship would be the numerous voices of an ensemble, converging to become 'one voice' at specific degrees of congruity. HISTORY The marvel of superfluidity was found in 1937 by a Russian physicist, Peter Kapitza, and afterward concentrated freely in 1938 by John Straight to the point Allen, a British physicist, and his colleagues. It wasn't until the 1970's notwithstanding, that the valuable properties of superfluids were found. On account of crafted by David Lee, Douglas Osheroff and Robert Richardson at Cornell University, we have increased important data on the impacts and employments of superfluids. These three researchers mutually got a Nobel Prize in Physics in 1996 for their disclosure of superfluidity in helium-3. It took some time, notwithstanding, before they really made sense of what this stage in helium was. Superfluidity in helium-3 initially showed itself as little irregularities in the liquefying bend of strong helium-3 (little structures in the bend of weight versus time). Ordinarily, little deviations, similar to this one, are normally viewed as idiosyncrasies of the gear, however the three physicists were persuaded that there was a genuine impact. They weren't searching for superfluidity specifically, but instead an antiferromagnetic stage in strong helium-3. As per their forecasts, this stage seemed to happen at a temperature underneath 2mK. In their first distribution in 1972, they deciphered this impact as a stage progress. They didn't totally concur with this theory, yet by further creating their strategy they could, only a couple of months after the fact, pinpoint the impact. They found there were really two stage advances in the fluid stage, one at 2.7mK and the second at 1.8mK. This disclosure turned into the beginning stage of serious movement among low temperature physicists. The exploratory and hypothetical improvements went connected at the hip in an uncommonly productive manner. The field was quickly mapped out, however basic revelations are as yet being made. SUPERFLUID HELIUM Superfluidity is a condition of issue described by the complete nonappearance of consistency, or protection from stream. This term is utilized basically while including fluid helium at extremely low temperatures. It was found that fluid helium (4He), when cooled beneath 2.17K (- 271O C or - 456 O F, could stream with no trouble through incredibly little gaps, which fluid helium at a higher temperature can't do. It was likewise noticed that the dividers of its compartment were by one way or another covered with a meager film of helium (around 100 particles thick). This film streamed against gravity up and over the edge of the holder This temperature of 2.17K is known as the lambda ( ) point in light of the fact that the diagram of the explicit warmth of fluid helium shows a lamda-formed greatest at that temperature. Under ordinary tension, helium will melt at a temperature of 4.2K. As the temperature is as yet brought down, helium acts as an ordinary fluid until it comes to the lamda point. Before coming to the lamda point, it tends to be called helium I. Helium II alludes to the fluid condition of helium beneath the lamda point. Superfluidity is found in helium II yet it has constrained employments. When the temperature is dropped still lower, it was discovered that the steady isotope helium-3 is framed. This fluid shows superfluid qualities, yet just at temperatures lower than 0.0025 K. Cores of helium-3 contain two protons and one neutron, instead of the two protons and two neutrons found in the more typical isotope, helium-4. Superfluid helium-4 structures at roughly 2.17 K. This superfluid moves without rubbing, just barely gets through inconceivably little gaps, and it can even stream tough. Superfluid helium-3 can do every one of these things, be that as it may not all that stupendously. The odd thing about helium-3 is that it can have various properties in various ways, like the very much characterized grain in a bit of wood. The distinction between helium-3 and helium-4 is

Title: The ultimate basis for adhering to the positive thesis of the conceptual differentiation of law and morals is itself a moral reason. The point is to make sure that it is always open to the theorist and the ordinary person to retain a critical moral stance in face of the law which is. (MacCormick) Discuss. EXAM MODEL ANSWER Introduction This discussion focuses on the relationship between law and morality and the conceptual differentiation of the two paradigms. It is appropriate to begin with a definition of terms. Donââ¬â¢t waste time! Our writers will create an original "Law and morality" essay for you Create order Law can be defined as a body of rules and principles of procedure and conduct established and enforced by a political authority. Morality can be defined as a code of conduct advanced by a society or religion or adopted by an individual to guide his or her own behaviour. In essence, as Kant asserts in Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals, morality is a personal concern, whereas law is a societal concern. There is a complex nexus between law and morality, the extent and depth of which has fluctuated over time and the appropriateness of which is the subject of considerable debate. The following commentary contains an analysis of the featured quote underpinned by observations from eminent authorities in the field. Law and Morality Law can be distinguished from morality on the grounds that a legal system is comprised of specific, written principles and rules interpreted by officials who are charged with the duty of applying appropriate penalties and awarding appropriate rem edies. In very broad terms, the law and morality have a common goal, being the lessening of social harm or evil. There is undoubtedly a substantial overlap between the conduct governed by law and that governed by morality and laws are inevitably often judged against a moral matrix. As, for example, the current debate concerning the age of criminal responsibility for children illustrates, moral criticism is commonly the catalyst for reform of the law and as Dworkin argues in Lawà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢â ¢s Empire, the interpretation of the law should delve beyond the black letter of the legal framework into the realm of morality. This position is comparable to that of Raz in Legal Principles and the Limits of Law. It is often difficult to chart a neutral path between the substantive theories of legal positivism and legal moralism, as Koller illustrated in The Concept of Law and Its Conceptions. Debate on the issues of à ¢Ã¢â ¬ÃÅ"natural lawà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢â ¢ and à ¢Ã¢â ¬ÃÅ "moralityà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢â ¢ has been plagued by vague definition and incongruous terminology. Even those positivists who might be characterised as à ¢Ã¢â ¬ÃÅ"softà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢â ¢ or à ¢Ã¢â ¬ÃÅ"inclusiveà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢â ¢ have conceded that there is no obligatory connection between morality and law, although they often contend that moral criteria are referenced in determining the validity of legal principles, such as constitutional rights as put forward by Waluchow in The Weak Social Thesis. The famous Hart/Devlin debate of the 1950s and 60s sparked by publication of the Report of the Committee on Homosexual Offences and Prostitution (the Wolfenden Report) in 1957 concerned the proper relationship between morality and law. This debate eventually saw the arguments for the dislocation of law from private moral choices advanced by Hart win out over the conservative ideology of Lord Devlin, who was concerned to preserve the link for the à ¢Ã¢â ¬ÃÅ"goodà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢ â ¢ of society. Hart put forward a theory of positive law, which has been considered in recent times by commentators such as Orts, who in Positive Law and Systemic Legitimacy: A Comment on Hart and Habermas, has argued for exception from the thesis of the separation of morality and law along the lines of à ¢Ã¢â ¬ÃÅ"systemic legitimacyà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢â ¢ drawn from the work of Habermas. It is certainly true that critical legality can be employed to contrast Hartà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢â ¢s own conception of à ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã âcritical moralityà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã and it is submitted that Orts is well founded in his central contention that modern positive legal systems must maintain systemic legitimacy. MacCormickà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢â ¢s view is manifestly correct, although it is really stating little more than the obvious. A critical moral stance must always be retained in the face of the law and while the legal system is operated by human beings this will inevitably be the case. The law will a lways be guided, to some extent by a moral compass and morality will continue to influence decision-making and the day-to-day administration of justice in every corner of the legal system. Cases such as Pretty v United Kingdom (2002) concerning the right to die and euthanasia, R v R (1991) concerning rape in marriage, Re A (Children)(2000) regarding the separation of conjoined twins and R v Brown (1993) dealing with consensual acts of homosexual sadomasochism, illustrate that in practice (which overrides the abstract) the relationship between law and morality is indivisible. Concluding Comments Law governs conduct within our society. Morality influences personal decisions relating to individual conduct. The conceptual differentiation of law and morals is thus, at fundamental level, difficult to identify with precision. It is true to conclude that law can be divided into two components. Law consists of a body of basic concepts (its conceptual system) and of a bod y of general legal principles (its substantive system). The distinction between these two components is not easy to describe, but in essence the underlying conceptual system endeavours to distil the basic framework and superstructure of the paradigm of law, whereas the overarching substantive system lays down its morally-shaded, normative constituent parts. It is submitted that in what is a highly subjective and often abstract field of theory, there are no right answers, but some that are clearly à ¢Ã¢â ¬ÃÅ"betterà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢â ¢ than others. Rational natural law theory clearly anchors the contents of law firmly in morality and equates legal principle with moral principle. Therefore, while conceptual legal dogma separates law from morality (although this need not discharge itself into positive law), natural law forges a coalescence. This commentator supports the line taken by Puchta in Cursus der Institutionen, in drawing a distinction between law and morals which, in t urn is in accord with the Kantian distinction between legality and morality. In this sense the law delineates the outer limits to be imposed on individual freedom of choice, while morality is confined to an internal, personal choice which is influenced by a subjective sense of obligation, conduct and social duty. This suggests that the primary connection between law and morality is that the law provides individuals with the possibility to make moral choices with certain parameters. Education Dear College Bound Student, You are about to embark upon an important journey. You are going to pursue a higher education. To succeed in attaining a higher education, you must first understand what is education. Everyone from ancient Greek philosophers to modern day English professors have evaluated the definition and goal of education. You must gather the knowledge of these humanitarians to understand the definition education, thereby directing you down the right path towards an enlightening college experience. The ancient Greek philosopher Plato describes education in his ââ¬Å"Allegory of the Caveâ⬠as a process of spiritual enlightenment. According to Plato: If (one) is reluctantly dragged up a steep andâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦(129). Joon was different from other students who had the potential of enlightenment because he put forth the effort to understand the information he was given in his courses. When a student puts his need for entertainment and satisfaction aside, and takes the initiative to gain knowledge, he/she allows the material to form himself/herself into an intellectual. Joon is a prime example of a student who looks beyond getting a good grade, and focuses his college experience to acquire an education. If you want to take charge of your college education, you should model after Joon and pursue the knowledge presented in your classes. You must look beyond the homework and tests as grades, and perceive them as academic opportunities for you to utilize your understanding of the material. This is relative to Platoââ¬â¢s interpretation of education, where the prisoner made the effort to achieve knowledge, instead of returning to the cave, and attained spiritual enlightenment. It can then be said that every soul possesses the power of learning, yet the entire soul must be turned away from the world in order to see the ââ¬Å"lightâ⬠â⬠¦knowledge. Question: Write a report on the recent trends of supply chain issues which is being faced by the retailers and logistics companies situated in New South Wales. Answer: Introduction The report is a study of the recent trends of supply chain issues which is being faced by the retailers and logistics companies situated in New South Wales. The various studies conducted into the supply chain problems indicate that the congestion of ports in the adjoining areas of New South Wales such as Port Botany, Port Kembla and Port Jackson. The port Botany is the most important port of all the aforementioned as it is responsible for the handling the highest capacity of materials. The present practice of the state suffers from increased cost due to congestion in the traffic routes and various issues arising out of network routes. The lack of land availability in the Western Sydney adds to the problem of the improving the logistics infrastructures especially near the port areas. The leading concerns for the present problems have been studied in accordance to company case study such as Qube Holdings Pvt. Limited, Kiosk Zara supply chain operation and various other such organizatio n facing a similar issue. The case study highlights the various problems which are common to all the companies. The recent trends suggest that Zara is facing several issues related to declining customer service quality. The report also looks into the various concerns related to suppliers breaching the code of conduct for fast fashion supply chain. The case on Qube Holdings is related to setting up a new intermodal terminal for improving the logistics operation situated in Moore bank at western Sydney. The potential and the problems of the upcoming facility have been discussed extensively in this report. The report also suggests the contribution of the various infrastructure firms in the market such as Brookfield infrastructure. The various types of qualitative research show the contribution of the government for improvement in the present situation of the logistics issues. The sustainability of the operation has been shown on the basis of various qualitative studies conducted on the various problems (Qrunfleh and Tarafdar 2014). Problems of the present logistics network in NSW The major problems faced by the Western Sydney at present are the issues related to the scattered terminal points controlling the logistics operations of the state. The present guidelines for the demand of the materials are not in line with the timely supply of the materials. The lack of attention of the stake holders are also increasingly affecting the companies involved in this business. The Government is facing several issues in regulating the port operations and optimal usage of the available land area such as scope of a rail route near port Kembla (Moore 2014). According to Pauka (2014), Companies such as Qube holdings are about to take a major initiative by coming up with an intermodal center at Moorebank. The various companies previously mentioned are facing a major challenge of the network route getting affected by interrupted trade route for the upcoming inland passenger rail service from Melbourne to Brisbane. Due to this, the companys transshipment of material from Port Botany to South Australia may get hampered at a later stage when the inland rail project is completed. Several questions are being raised whether Moorebank intermodal terminal services has the potential to deliver open ended logistics solution to the tenants in the areas. Several objections have been raised by the Liverpool council related to the potential health hazards and carbon emissions from the construction works. Some experts have also raised questions on the increasing traffic congestion due to the construction operations (Guimarans et al. 2015) Moreover companies like Zaras supply chain operations are questionable. The company is also known for breachin of the conventional practices of the supply chain practices especially in the clothing segment. Zara believes in successful control of the products until the product is delivered to the end customer. The various unethical practices of the company related to supply chain operations has raised ethical issues and the company needs to substantially improve its social and working conditions and give more priority to its employees (Chu 2016). The unavailability of the sufficient number of stevedoring companies is another critical issue which may be faced by tenants near the port area, especially at Port Botany which is considered to be the second largest port in Australia in terms of annual demand. The present stevedoring companies such as Brotherson Dock and Container Terminals Australia (CTAL) are proving to be insufficient in handling the massive annual demand of more than 3.2 million of twenty equivalent units ever year (Wright 2012). The airport terminals are facing similar issues due to the growing increase in the air traffic in the routes connecting Western Sydney freight line. The increasing level of cargo operations and ecommerce has added to the problems of accommodating the capacity of the air traffic. The various action plan taken by the previous and the present government mainly focus on meeting of the medium term goals rather than the long term goals. (MacDonald 2015) The long- term planning has been affected by increasing concerns for heath issues and the definite environmental impacts. The government is also concerned about the growing problems for the lack of availability of free land in the western Sydney, especially in the urban areas. Due to these problems there is a possibility of shifting the focus from urban to semi urban areas of the New South Wales. The figure given below shows the trade routes which are facing conflicts related to transit of the materials in the Southern Sydney freight corridor. There has been additional rail route introduced by the Government in the year 2013. According McEvoy et al. (2013), KPMG developed a model which studies the issues relating to lack of skillful labors in the logistics industry in NSW. The barriers to the entry of the new truck drivers have further increased the problems of the employee related issues in the logistics operations. The lack of skillful labors handling cargo in all major third party logistics operators adds to the detrimental condition of the present situation. The study also shows that the employees working the field of supply chain operations lack soft skill problems need to upgrade themselves in terms of leadership and management skills for improving the operations of the present situation. (Jayant and Kumar 2012). Measures to solve the present situation of NSW The infrastructure companies such as Brookfield infrastructure Partners (BIP) is known for offering infrastructural capital to companies such as Qube holdings and Asciano Limited. The solution to the present problems can be addressed through improvement in the port operation of the Patrick port division of Asciano, as it is having tremendous potential for accommodation of increased demand for the containers and can provide long term solution to the present problems of meeting the logistics demand in the Southern Sydney region. The logistics networks need an augmented focus of the rail routes for an increased flow of operations as well as speed of service. ("Brookfield, Qube raising $753-million loan for Ascianos ports: sources" 2016) The present problems related to the intermodal logistics hub can be addressed through intermodal logistics hub in southern highlands. Some portions of the aforementioned regions have enough space for introducing additional rail routes and reducing the traffic congestion of the present road transit points situated at Moorbank and Port Botany. Studies have suggested that there is a great amount of potential along the highway connecting Westlink M7 which directly connects the M7 motorway route to the western Sydney of New South Wales. The Government needs to put importance in selection of the port facility. The Port Kembla which is connected to the existing rail route with roadways leading to Hume Highway via Wilton has tremendous potential. The intermodal trade route via Southern highlands has the highest amount of potential in improving the supply service due to its strategic location. (Talebian et al. 2016). According to Fryirs et al. (2014), The rail route of the Port Kembla is less likely to get disrupted by cargo transshipment via rail route. The ease of access to the Sydney intermodal and M7 route can prove to be useful for improving the service of the Sydneys logistics hub. By linking of the routes as mentioned, NSW can bring substantial improvement in the freight transportation via rail routes. The figure also suggests the alternative trade route to the Illawarra logistics zone passing through the Sydney Logistics center. Studies have suggested that the interlinking of the Sydney logistics via Illawara district will provide new opportunities via rail route and the companies can distribute their products in a better way. The Illawara district has the potential of connecting the logistics centre of Moss Vale via rail route. This route will provide an alternative access to western Sydney and companies will be able to avoid network congestion by using this route. The Moss vale region n ear the Illawara rail route has been clearly shown in the diagram (Zinke et al. 2015) The issues discussed relating to the workforce problems can be amicably managed through the Transport for New South Wales (TFNSW). This organization aims to focus on the present delivery cycle and bring improvement in the customer service, planning of the transportation and logistics services. The transport freight and logistics industry which is also known as TFL in New South Wales is responsible for assessing the shortage in the present requirement of the engineers and it aids in finding of the shortages related to the present requirement of the transportation industry ( Low 2015). Zara aims to improve its present logistics operations with leveraging the capital assets. Zara has made sure to increase the capital investments in production and distribution facilities to make the supply activities more responsive. In the recent times Zara has invested a large amount of money that helps to increase and enforce the speed of the present supply chain operations. Government initiatives to improve the present situation The Government of the NSW in the past has taken several initiatives to respond to the problems related to the network congestion. Presently the NSW Government has taken several initiatives to promote supply operations of the company through Public private partnership known as (PPP) initiatives. With this regard, the present Government of New South Wales is committed to improve the supply operations of Qube Holdings private limited. The company aims to setup an intermodal transportation hub connecting Port Botany with the Suburbs of the South Australia via Moorbank. The project is not only aimed at locating the importers and exporters but also improve the present logistics trade route of New South Wales. The site selected for building the Logistics center has more than 240 hectares of free land for development of industrial storage and supply chain operations. The present issues relating to the warehouse manager and the tenants will be able to suffice greater amount of demand for the logistics services. In order to meet the present requirements related to the capacity. This initiative will also improve the falling demand of rail route service and aim to improve the logistics operations of the present situation. The warehouse tenants and the logistics operators will be able t o get benefit from the proposed intermodal project. According to the chairman of Qube logistics Maurice James even if the interstate rail project is undertaken by the Government of NSW it will not have an impact on the present operations of Qube Holdings. The proposed rail will be operational from Melbourne to Brisbane, while the Southern Sydney rail route is less likely to interfere with the freight route due to unavailability of passenger train. It will facilitate the transportation route from Moorebank to port Botany. Several other Government institutions such as Australian Track Corporation are assisting the project conducted by Qube Holdings. The NSW Government has funded the project with $250 Million in the first five year of the project being operational. The amount has been funded by Commonwealth Bank of Australia which falls into the category of the public sector banks of Australia. The common wealth bank has made sure to include several open access regimes so that the pric ing policies of the company remains non discriminatory in nature. ("Qube's Moorebank intermodal hub a major infrastructure boost", 2015). The Government has also taken several initiatives to include the third party logistics operators to have an equal opportunity to access the terminal at Moorebank. Hence the mechanism of the Government policies ensures that the entire process of gaining through the setup of the intermodal terminal is for mutual benefit in the supply chain business. The benefits will not only be observed by the various tenants involved in the logistics distribution services but also improve the railway services to stay in the competition with other modes of the transportation facilities (www.transport.nsw.gov.au 2016). According to Johnes, (2014), Several other initiatives by the Government of North South Wales include leasing of the two major ports located in the Southern Sydney. Two ports of the south Sydney includes Port Kembla, which specializes in handling of grain products and other Port mentioned here is Port Botany. The state government has also taken several initiatives to refinance the operations at port Kembla and Enfield Intermodal logistics centre, along with cooks rail terminal and Port Botany which is of the prime importance as mentioned earlier (Cameron 2014). According to Railway Digest April, (2013), Governments recent initiative to construct a high speed unconstrained access to the national rail network at Port Yamba. The Government has taken further initiatives to improve the Port Kembla facilities by upgrading the Princes highway which will facilitate the road transportation operation, thereby reducing congestion. The various other initiatives by the Government to facilitate the port operations include Terminal developments at the Port of New Castle and Stage 1 of the construction process of the Sydney freight corridor. The figure given below shows all the above mentioned port improvements along with Hume highway improvements as mentioned earlier in this report (Schulten and Parnell 2015). According to MacDonald (2015), among the several present initiatives taken by the government the present action plans suggested by the Government aims to expand the terminal space in the Jackson port. It also aims to build new port facility at Botany and carry out dredging activities in order to accommodate the increasing demand. Some of the other Government initiatives include building of new road terminal points to improve the container operations at port Botany. The Government is also about to expand the container operations and aim to speed up the loading and unloading process at port Botany which is limiting the distribution operations of the large containers. Several other initiatives by the Government such as incorporation of Warfare at Port Jackson will promote the growth of the international tourism along with the improvement in the supply chain operations. (Roso et al. 2015). Conclusion The extensive analysis of this report shows how companies like Qube holdings and Zara is affected with the present rail and road networks congestion in the New South Wales and the report also studies the various qualitative tools and actions plans which can be implemented to improve the efficiency of the present situation. The Public private partnership has been observed as the most viable solution to address the issues related to the lack of intermodal logistics facility. The report also looks into the sustainability through proper utilization of the land resources and building of logistics centre at the Southern Highlands of the southern Sydney. The various Government initiatives also focus on sustainability of the present operations. Several other qualitative analysis in the report shows that the improvement in the Moss Vale enterprise zone will prove to be very beneficial in facilitating the current logistics operations.
